For those of you that don’t know, NinjaTrader has taken the retail futures business by storm!

NinjaTrader was founded in 2003 by Raymond Deux. NinjaTrader just upgraded to a new office in Denver, CO and is preparing for the release of NinjaTrader 8.

In 2005 NinjaTrader acquired TradeMagic, a company responsible for Ninja’s .NET trading framework, which has helped the platform evolve into what it is today.

In 2007 NinjaTrader Trading Software introduced version 6 which included many new features via NinjaScript, including chart based trading and automated trading strategies. Around this same time Ninja expanded its partners and its outreach across many educators and brokerages including Cannon Trading Company.

Ninja Trader is acknowledged for the massive indicator and 3rd party indicator library. You are able to customize any existing indicator. In case you cannot find your indicator of choice, Ninja allows the ability to create one yourself!

From the chart you can create a work of art from a blank canvas. Lines, arrows, Fibonacci, pitchforks, and fans are only a few of the 25 or more drawing tools available on Ninja’s charts.
