If you are alive, chances are that you find the holidays a little stressful. There are many reasons for this. Many people travel great distances to see relatives, some of whom they do not even enjoy being around.
Some of these same people spend great sums on gifts for these people, and for friends, and for children, and for coworkers, and for their bosses (?!), and for…well you get the idea.
We eat differently over the holidays. We sleep differently over the holidays.
In short, things can get a little crazy and have us longing for the days of early January when the whole thing winds down to a slow grind and we can crawl back into our cozy rut.
But in the midst of all of this holiday hubbub, there are plenty of opportunities to let you finances get totally out of whack.

This may be the easiest of all ways to make extra money at this time of year, because people who live near you are looking for inexpensive gifts at this time of year as well.
You could also take your side hustle or burgeoning business venture into overdrive.
There are plenty of ways to make money using skills you already have.
Maybe you could write web content (wink wink…it works). Maybe you could bake gluten free cookies to ship to needy celiacs around the country.
Maybe you could offer personal training services online, providing videos and tutorial and personalized advice to a handful of people who want to get fit in the new year.
Finally, you could play casino games online for money. If you love gaming or if you have a mind for numbers, this could actually be the most efficient cash-getting method around.
