    I couldn’t agree with you more. A benefit package offered by employers can vary widely. Some are better than others, and should be used. After all it is part of your compensation.

    Paid time off, at least with large employers, are exactly that. All though, I have as an employee, at times experienced paid time off as an inconvenience.
