Nothing in this world has remained unchanged. Like they say “the only constant on this earth is change, change, change.” Many people have a hard time grasping this. If folks have their own business or a line of business – for example, show business, arts and entertainment, real estate, construction and others – and they have been doing great, very few people think of tomorrow. In their lives, there is no rainy day. There never was and there never will be.
For them, it will always be sunny till the time comes when they depart. In many cases, debt is coming in at a higher rate than money coming in. Come bad times people start selling their assets and with that their lifestyle.
Eventually, a time comes as now, wealthy people put their worldly possessions – is there another kind of possessions? – on sale, including their mansions, art, cars and furniture. For some people, it’s a way to downsize, while others are looking to find cash to pay down debt.
